Australia's poor run across all formats continues as they lost the 2nd ODI to Srilanka and with that they lost their first ever series to Srilanka at home. This is Australia's 7th loss in a row across all formats which is ironic I know because when was the last time we heard Australia losing 7 matches in a row?
Australia's form has generally been because of the poor performance of their batsmen. All their main batsmen such as Micheal Clarke, Ricky Ponting, Micheal Hussey haven't performed much of late and all these losses are not helping the fact that Australia will be facing England in the Ashes series which starts next month.
