Aussies not the same

For at least the past 15 years, Australia were the most dominant team in the world of cricket. I mean come on if you look at major events like the World Cup, the Aussies have made it to the final of the last 4 world cups and the won of them. They have won the champions trophy twice as well and Australia was the country where teams would go to get white washed. However, now they are not even close to what they were a couple of years ago and I think everyone will agree with me on that.

I think that it's because their big players like Shane Warne, Glenn McGrath, Steve Waugh, Hayden etc etc have retired and some of their current players such as Ricky Ponting, Simon Katich won't be around either in the near future. They are now going through the phase where they need to find they next generation players. Most of the players these days are young ones who don't have a lot of experience.
